Excellent instruction and care of horse and rider White Horse Hill welcomes all those interested in excellent instruction and attentive care for their horses. Safety and happiness of both horse and rider are our highest goals. White Horse Hill is being built to provide students with a friendly, safe, fun atmosphere in which all can bloom into knowledgeable, caring horsepeople. Our instructors and staff respect individual needs and goals while promoting the feeling that each person is a contributing member of the White Horse Hill family. You and your horse will love it here as much as we do!
White Horse Hill is definitely still under construction. Our brand new 82’ by 180’ indoor ring has rubber and sand mix footing, many windows, mirrors, a misting system and an insulated ceiling. Temporarily, one end of this ring houses 23 stalls (10’ x 10’). In this situation, we have one outdoor wash rack and a small indoor tack room. Please feel free to come and take a look around. We hope to have our permanent 34-stall (10’ x 12’) barn completed next year. (The permanent barn will have automatic waters, rubber stall mats, 3 wash stalls, a farrier/vet stall, 5 stalls with dutch doors to attached pipe corrals and two tack rooms as well as a large raised viewing area.) The 100’ by 200’ outdoor ring is complete with rubber and sand mix footing. We have custom designed (by some of the teenage students) and made jumps in both indoor and outdoor rings. There are old farm trails through the 70-acre property and we abut many other walking and biking trails. We have not yet explored all of the trail riding possibilities. All pastures are fenced with professionally installed diamond mesh wire fencing with a board above for visibility. There are approximately 20 acres fenced into 7 large pastures for compatible group turnout. Two pastures have three-sided run in sheds. Water is available to pastured horses at all times from automatic waterers. White Horse Hill has one small sand paddock and a round pen for short term individual turnout. We will continue to add pasture as time permits. White Horse Hill has begun construction of the new barn!!!!!! Please see the News section for daily progress. This is a 130' by 65' metal building. This is the core of the new barn to be. This core will housing 16 additional stalls as well as wash stalls, tack rooms, bathrooms, office space, viewing and play areas. Upon completion, we plan to house a few boarders in our new space and use the rest of the stalls as holding stalls for when our lessons horses come inside. For the time being the 'temporary' stalls will also remain in place.
